Beatrice has been passionate about mentoring and coaching others as long as she can remember. She takes great pride in teaching others to build their self-confidence while learning herself from others. She believes that leaders are not born, but rather made.
Beatrice has learned over the years to hone her own leadership skills and has a unique ability to identify areas of an organization that need drastic change. She’s briefed Military Generals, spoken at major Worldwide conferences where she was selected to speak on her mentoring initiatives for the organization, and was selected to be ‘Director’ for a day to a large Department of Defense Contract Management Agency, with employees of 10,000 worldwide. Beatrice is sensitive to diverse and complex situations, and uses her people skills to bridge communication and leadership gaps within organizations.
Whether she is attending meetings with high level executives in Greece or Germany, from using her business acumen in million dollar Defense procurements in the United Kingdom and France, Spain and Italy, Beatrice relishes a life of traveling, collaborating with diverse cultures, and connecting people from different backgrounds to come together a single mission. She has extensive knowledge and experience with working with various high level executives from all over the world.

A leader leads. A good leader leads until the job is done. A GREAT leader is passionate about helping others achieve success; without passion, there’s no alliance. A GREAT leader must have passion for people who are fulfilling the mission.
Identifying processes that are broken, outdated or unnecessary is critical to the success of any real change management. Performing deep-dives into the root causes of broken processes takes a unique skillset and patience.
True to her vision of, “Instilling confidence today; transforming lives for a better tomorrow.” Working side-by-side, listening to your problems, working through processes to build trust and facilitate relationships within yourself or your organization is a priority. Performance matters, both personally and professional. It’s all about work-life balance.
Recognizing contributions, leaning in and really understanding your own needs is vital. Leaders only become GREAT leaders by receiving regular doses of encouragement; GREAT leaders encourage the team to excel and soar.
