A few weeks ago in a previous post, I shared an idea and mentioned that my inspiration came from my morning latte. Someone asked me where I got my latte, and I said I make my very own lattes every morning in my very own kitchen. Now I know what you’re probably thinking: I probably opened up an instant latte mix from my local grocery store, but I’m glad to say it wasn’t. You see, I’ve been a café latte aficionado for, well, a long time! A few years ago while living in Germany, my husband and I were strolling down the Wiesbaden town centre when I stumbled across this delightful store where they sold this fabulous espresso machine. Jura! Yes, I found café latte heaven in a beautiful Jura espresso machine.
Now I’m not going to go into all the details and specifics of what actually makes a perfect latte, I’ll leave that for a future post. But what I do want to mention is how GREAT leaders remind me of a delicious cup of frothy latte. I believe GREAT leaders are a lot like lattes: rich with knowledge, bold in thought and vision, and the ability to uplift those who need it most. Most organizations lack what I call, latte leaders! I help organizations develop strategies to identify areas where their leaders need focus and vision; teams need latte leaders to lead with passion and vision.
If your organization needs a bit of my latte leader training and leadership guidance, I’d love to hear how I can help.
Oh, and if you’re interested in getting a Jura of your very own, click here. ENJOY!
Keep reaching for the moon,
